With nearly two decades of well-rounded career experience in real estate and finance, Liz Lisanti offers a wealth of industry expertise, including licenses in mortgage origination, real estate and financial planning. Throughout her career, Liz has taken great pride in giving excellent service in a fun and personal manner and anyone that has worked with her would say the same. Liz believes that fast, accurate, and open communication is key.
Born in New York, Liz moved to Arizona at a very early age and feels like an Arizona native. Liz grew up in Scottsdale and attended ASU where she graduated with a degree in Speech and Hearing in 2001.
Not long after, Liz bought her first home and discovered her passion for real estate. She obtained her real estate license and, since then, has worked in almost every facet of real estate. She has truly explored so much of what real estate has to offer. Liz has successfully worked in both new home sales and resale and has represented a variety of clients from first time buyers up to savvy investors. What’s more, Liz has personally bought and sold investment properties including the execution of many profitable fix and flip projects.
Liz’s insatiable quest for knowledge motivated her to obtain securities licenses that allowed her to advise her clients on their finances and help them invest in building their financial futures. Her passion for financial advisement was also driven by her personal observations with her family. Liz was the last of four children and she witnessed the effect of financial challenges that her siblings faced as they built their financial foundations.
Most recently, Liz expanded her career and obtained her mortgage origination license. This decision was inspired by her love for working with clients and providing helpful real estate advice and service. While working as a real estate agent, Liz felt that working with her clients and guiding them to find the right loan was a natural progression in becoming a loan officer. Liz’s wide range of knowledge of “both sides” of the transaction gives her an edge over other loan officers who are not well versed in the real estate side of the transaction.
Liz is married with a 17-year daughter and an 8-year old pug, Pugzy. When she isn’t working, Liz enjoys cooking, baking, and taking walks in nature with her family.
